Trueline for Android · last updated 26 September 2026

The Android app collects nothing and never sends anything on its own. It requests no network permission at all, which you can check for yourself in Android's app info screen: the only permission it asks for is location, and only when you press Use location.

The Android app

Everything it needs is inside the download. The bullet library, the drag models and the cartridge dimensions are all bundled, so the app works with the phone in airplane mode and never contacts a server, including ours.

What is never done

Nothing is sold, rented or shared with anyone. There are no third-party services in the app, and no data is used for advertising or profiling. There is no tracking across other apps or websites.

Children

Trueline is a technical tool for shooters and is not directed at children. It collects nothing from anyone, of any age.

Changes

If this policy changes the date above changes with it. Since the app carries no network permission, an existing install cannot be altered after the fact: a change means a new version you choose to install.
